So thanks to Allie's most gracious parents, us homeless folks had a place to stay and recuperate in Sarnia for a little while. The first four days have been consumed almost entirely by that damned truck... cleaning the hay and sawdust out of the back, scrubbing the dirty footprints from the trim (how do they get there?), painting, glossing, and with Brent covered in grease and garage floor gunk while he adds on all kinds of fancy-looking shiny new parts.
That's a lot of rust, eh?

Truckkie aside, there was some fun to be had. Biking around for bridge fries, beach time, and playing in the yard with the chipmunk were definite highlights.
Allie was determined to persuade the chippie to eat from her hand.
And it DID!!!
Brent made Allie include this. While she was holding peanuts steady and quiet in one hand, she was reaching behind for her drink with the other. Brent just about fell off his stool laughing at the contortionist move!!
